The Opportunity
Our team has a high volume of champion and test experiences live at any one time. Keeping track of 500+ experiences, what they look like, how they differ, how they’re performing, it’s overwhelming for our team and for our external partner. We needed a way to keep everyone on the same page without having to dig into spreadsheets.
The Solution
A highly visual repository of our experiences in the form of a dashboard.
Categorizing our experiences by their LOB (line of business: single-page, multi-program), test type, and school allows our team and partner to find what they’re looking for quickly. Each category has a specific set of filters and a search function to allow for efficient browsing and sorting. Providing access to performance data and project information keeps our team informed on any page.
Built with a systematic, modular approach, this dashboard will be adapted to five additional partnerships as a broader effort to keep teams informed across the company.
